The idea behind this piece came from Roy Lichtenstein's work - "Whaaam!", and "Blam!".
The bright colours used on World War II planes at the time with a comical yet loud caption gave a striking effect and I hoped to achieve a similar one.
The image features the well known long wait at an airport terminal and an exclamation/question often heard around an airport at holiday times.
A little more of a modern take on Lichtenstein's famous works.
